Is it possible to redirect users to different places based on their responses?

Yes - you can send users to different places using redirect endings, each with its own conditional logic.

Open your form in the builder, click the step dropdown in the top-left corner, then hit "Edit steps & endings".

In the "Endings" section, hit "Add ending" and choose "Redirect" for each destination, then enter its URL:

Then hit "Edit logic" on each ending to decide who gets sent there - for example, "Service = Roofing" goes to /roofing-quote, "Service = Solar" goes to /solar-quote.

Growform checks endings in top-down order, so the visitor is sent to the first ending whose logic matches. The last ending is the fallback for everyone else - drag endings to reorder them.

A couple of extras:

• Once you've added a redirect ending, a "Send query params" toggle appears at the bottom of the Endings section, if you'd like to send the user's answers through to the destination page.
• Endings don't have to redirect - you can also show different messages inside the form (an "in-form ending") to different audiences, which pairs nicely with lead disqualification.
